Intro Personnel (On behalf of an AU-based Residential Builder)

Contract Type: Contractual 12 months

Work Setup: Fully Remote

We are supporting a well-established Australian residential construction company with operations across multiple states. The firm specializes in modern, high-quality homes and is known for its efficient processes, strong planning discipline, and consistent project pipeline.

Role Overview:

The Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining construction schedules for residential projects. This role ensures timelines are realistic, resources are aligned, and projects progress smoothly from pre-construction through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage construction schedules for residential builds
• Coordinate with QS, estimators, and project teams to align timelines
• Monitor progress and flag potential delays or risks
• Update schedules based on design changes or site conditions
• Support reporting requirements for management and stakeholders
• Ensure planning aligns with AU residential construction practices

Requirements:

• 510 years of experience as a Planner in residential or housing projects
• Strong background in construction sequencing and scheduling
• Proficiency in planning/scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
• Ability to work remotely with offshore and onshore teams
• Clear communication and strong coordination skills
