Job Description

Assist in various building construction tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to meet project timelines.

Participate in site clean-up and maintenance activities.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in building construction roles.
Proficiency in planning and forecasting, costing, surveying, and structural design, along with strong presentation skills and knowledge of contract specifications.
Oversee construction projects, prepare budgets, coordinate site surveys, develop structural designs, and ensure compliance with contracts.
Primarily office-based with frequent site visits, requiring adherence to safety regulations.
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
