Planning Engineer

Qualification

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
• Must have at least one (1) to two (2) years of experience as a planning engineer in a construction project
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience with Primavera P6 software
• Technical knowledge in construction processes, methodologies, resource loading, and the like.
• Knowledgeable in EOT preparation and claims analysis
• Knowledgeable in standard planning and programming management practices, techniques, and procedures.
• Proficient in Primavera 6 (P6)
• Should be amenable to work placement in Alabang, Muntinlupa, and Makati City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and manage the project schedule
• Analyze and report on the schedule performance weekly and monthly
• Recommend any mitigating actions needed for delayed activities 4
• Provide a look-ahead schedule and flag the project team for any projected delays
• Coordinate with other team members and the project manager to ensure that the project schedule aligns with overall project goals
