Job Description
Prepares Request for Information (RFI) pertaining to tender/bid documents and existing site conditions.
Plans and organizes technical submittals as a requirement in tendering/ bidding process such as Site Utilization Plan, Tender Schedule, Table of Organization, Construction Methodology, Manpower and Equipment Loading, Quality Control Plan, Health, Safety and Environmental Program, etc.
Lead in developing a project presentation of construction methodology if required by Owner/ Construction Manager during tender/ bid process.
Liaises with Site Engineers in developing construction work methodologies.
Coordinates and collects weekly/ monthly progress updates from Site Engineers.
Updates the Project Execution Schedule based on actual progress on site.
Generates Look ahead and Critical Path Schedules
Analyze updated schedule and recommends mitigation to recover delays.
Generate S-Curve and Cash flow projection.
Incorporate Modification/ Change orders to the Project Execution Schedule.
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, with professional license.
At least two (2) year construction experience as Site Engineer or Quantity Surveyor
Knowledgeable in Project Management Software P6.
Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
