- Support manpower planning using manpower models and volume forecasts (daily, weekly, and monthly) to achieve operational KPIs.
- Monitor manpower fulfillment rates and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure workforce availability.
- Prepare and maintain productivity reports and operational data to support planning and daily operations.
- Assist in monitoring arrival curves, fulfillment performance, and related operational data to improve planning accuracy.
- Support planning and control of pallets, MHE, and warehouse consumables to ensure operational readiness for campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong numerical thinking
- Background in e-commerce operations is a plus
- Able to communicate effectively with related parties to ensure realistic planning figures and timelines are met
