Job Description

Join our growing team as a Planning Architect and contribute to the planning, design, and development of residential and real estate projects. In this role, you will prepare architectural plans and project documentation, coordinate with various stakeholders, monitor project progress, and help ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with design standards, timelines, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural, construction, and design drawings with a high level of accuracy
  • Develop project plans, design documentation, and architectural deliverables in accordance with company standards
  • Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and other project-related reports
  • Coordinate architectural plans and project requirements with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Review, monitor, and facilitate the submission of shop drawings, material samples, and technical documents
  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
  • Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues through technical evaluation and coordination
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, design guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams to support the successful planning and execution of developments
  • Perform other architecture and project planning-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect; fresh board passers are welcome to apply
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or real estate development projects is an advantage
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design and drafting software
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, 3D modeling, and rendering software is an advantage
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera is an advantage
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple project requirements effectively
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Willing to work on-site in Molino, Bacoor, Cavite
