Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Engineer responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure successful project delivery.

The role supports project management by providing accurate planning, forecasting, and progress analysis across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and implementation of project management plans, ensuring all projects are aligned with business objectives.
  2. Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure project success.
  4. Establish and implement project control procedures to monitor progress, performance, and costs.
  5. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  6. Manage and mentor project management teams, providing guidance and ensuring effective communication and coordination across all levels
  7. Prepare project budgets and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Conduct financial forecasting and reporting to support business decisions.
  9. Ensure that all projects meet the company's quality standards and comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
  10. Comprehensive coordination on project implementation site status monitoring, coordination and logistic requirements.
  11. Timely recording and updating of respective project site budgetary appropriation, consolidated disbursement form Head Office and Site Management.
  12. Provide full support assistance to field operations as the need arises and coordination with other company technical/ functional groups.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years experience in planning and scheduling

Experience in construction, power plant, transmission line, substation, or infrastructure projects preferred

Required Technical Skills

Primavera P6

Microsoft Project (MS Project)

Oracle Systems

Advanced MS Excel and reporting tools
