As Planning and Business Process Specialist, you will provide support / assistance in governance and conduct of annual business planning, project portfolio management, and process optimization. You will also conduct regular check-ins with the business units or shared services groups to monitor performance and ensure actions for unmet targets. You will lead projects that will help improve processes, conduct process audits and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth, operational excellence, and portfolio optimization and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support the execution of planning governance processes by consolidating planning inputs, monitoring performance data, and preparing reports on progress and variances against strategic targets.
• Maintain process documentation and support compliance activities in alignment with governance and ISO standards. Assist in conducting process analyses, track innovation initiatives, and help implement change management actions.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational and financial data, develop trend analyses and performance reports and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance decision-making through data analytics.

• Has understanding of business analysis or business process improvement
• Has presentation and report-writing skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering Degree
• At least 2 years of combined experience in business analysis or business process improvement
• Has led, co-led or co-delivered at least 1 cross-functional project/ programs
• Has facilitated at least 1 training/workshop

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
