Planning Analyst

Responsible for consolidating demand and fulfillment management, assure accurate data by filling and reviewing hiring documentation and statistics, ensuring that all vacancies across ITG-AIO are tracked, and moving to fill those vacancies in a timely manner.

Duties and responsibilities:

Demand Management track and document manpower vacancies in ITG-AIO and ensures accurate Job Descriptions are available for each role

Fulfillment Management track and document candidates referred to ITG-AIO, ensuring accurate funneling and referral to ITG-AIO units.

Execution monitoring drives hiring manager performance of tasks to ensure performance within optimal time.

Documentation Review ensure and assess all documentation are in order for submission to HR for processing.

Workforce Analytics assure accurate workforce data and stats is in place at all times

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
• At least 5 years of experience in Workforce Management
• Exposure to creating and analyzing workforce and onboarding data is an advantage
• Vendor management or background in IT SDLC is a plus
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
