Job Description:
- Plan and oversee projects within an organization. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Plan Manpower, Pallet, Equipment and Warehouse consumable products.
- Monitor volume accuracy (%), fulfillment rate (%), and other related KPIs.
- Develop and execute engagement plans with the Subcontractor Management team.
- Cross-functional coordination with Operations, Subcontractor Management and FP&A teams to ensure smooth process, since planning to actual on billing stage.
Requirements:
- Able to be based at Samut Prakan and frequently travel to Ayutthaya
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheet
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong numerical thinking skills
- Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Background in e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Able to communicate effectively with related parties to ensure realistic planning figures and timelines are met.
