Job Summary:
The Production Planner is responsible to communicate and plan production build plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work Experience: 1 – 5 years of Production planning

Job Summary:
The Production Planner is responsible to communicate and plan production build plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan production build plan in according to customer demands
- Follow up production plan to ensure resources and materials readiness
- Review production plan to identify and report potential risks to manager
- Assist in production activity control to meet production objectives
- Review work order and establish priorities and schedule
- Monitor work order and adjust schedule for on time delivery
- Monitor materials movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operation
- Coordinate with manager in resolving production planning and control issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete work order on time delivery
- Communicate production update to manager on a regular basis.
- Work and coordinate with vendor demand and requirements
- Reply to any vendor queries
- Update vendor inquiries including order status
- Attending customer meeting
- Must be able to read technical details on a weldment print.
- Experience with manufacturing field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use ERP estimating systems such as Visual, Vista, Oracle, etc. MS Excel, Word and Access.
- Minimum Diploma related in Business or any related Engineering field.
