The Role

We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Pipeline Sourcer / Research Administrator to support an executive search team. This role is instrumental in identifying, engaging, and managing high-quality candidate pipelines while ensuring seamless recruitment administration and data integrity.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, intellectually curious, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. With a strong interest in finance and talent acquisition, this individual will play a critical role in delivering exceptional candidate experiences and supporting strategic hiring initiatives.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent research, or recruitment administration.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates for professional services, finance, or executive search roles.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time, in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience working in an executive search or retained search firm.
  • Background or demonstrated interest in finance, investment banking, private equity, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, and recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or global recruitment teams.

Education

Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, or recruitment coordination.
  • Experience working with executive search firms, staffing agencies, or in-house recruitment teams is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of building candidate pipelines and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Exposure to finance, professional services, or corporate environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Research

  • Identify and source top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proprietary databases.
  • Conduct in-depth market and talent research within the finance and professional services sectors.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

Recruitment Administration & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely updates.
  • Support the preparation of candidate profiles, reports, and search documentation.

Technology & Data Management

  • Utilize recruitment technologies, CRM systems, and automation tools to optimize sourcing efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics, pipeline reports, and sourcing performance data.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards and best practices.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Partner closely with recruiters and executive search consultants to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and talent mapping initiatives across multiple industries, with a focus on finance.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sourcing processes and improve recruitment outcomes.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay current with emerging sourcing trends, recruitment technologies, and market insights.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve candidate engagement.
  • Demonstrate an ownership mentality by proactively identifying challenges and delivering solutions.
