Job Qualifications
- A graduate of Physical Therapy.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, movement principles, and injury prevention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and professional class environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conducts fitness classes (both individual and group sessions), available online and in-person.
- Collaborates with clients to establish shared fitness goals and tracks their progress.
- Maintains and organizes appointments using the Easy Client scheduling system.
- Supports social media marketing initiatives.
- Provides assistance with front desk/reception duties when necessary.
- Demonstrated experience teaching mat and/or equipment-based Pilates classes.
- Interest in continuing education and staying updated on Pilates and wellness trends.
- Carries out additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
