Job Description

This isn't your typical CSR role in the BPO industry. Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive adoption and usage of our client's tool among physician users. To do that, you'll need to communicate regularly and clearly, using a level of English that is both professional and easy to understand.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted guide and primary support for physicians
  • Handle escalations beyond Tier 1 with clarity and urgency
  • Lead live walkthroughs via video or phone
  • Reinforce best practices and ensure smooth tool adoption
  • Educate physicians on new tools in a calm, clear manner
  • Solve complex issues with a patient-first, empathetic approach
  • Build strong relationships through consistent, supportive communication

Qualifications

  • 12 years in client-facing support or success roles
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide and engage confidently in virtual conversations
  • Comfortable leading one-on-one walkthroughs with physicians via video or phone, steering discussions with clarity and purpose
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools to track, manage, and enhance the customer journey
  • Able and willing to report onsite (JMT Corporate Condominium, Pasig City)
