Job Description

The Medical City Clinic is searching for a Physical Therapist in SM Sucat to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role administers the restoration of physical injuries, prevention of permanent disabilities, and improvement of fitness and mobility

This role reports directly to the Clinic Manager of TMC Clinic SM Sucat

What's The Role All About

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assesses patients condition
  • Explains treatment plans and performs Physical Therapy procedures to patients
  • Facilitates patients responsibility for self-care
  • Develops a treatment plan by selecting appropriate interventions
  • Teaches patients how to properly use and execute therapeutic exercise techniques
  • Maintains patients records and keeps track of goals and progress
  • Monitors inventory and ensures availability of related medical supplies
  • Submits census report every month
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Who Are We Looking For

An effective Physical Therapist must possess the following skills:

  • General knowledge in Physical Therapy
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)

Ideally, a candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, must be a licensed Physical Therapist (RPT), preferably with at least 3 months of clinical experience or on-the-job training in providing rehabilitative care, conducting patient assessments, and implementing appropriate physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with standard clinical protocols.
