I. Purpose of the Position

This role administers the restoration of physical injuries, prevention of permanent disabilities, and improvement of fitness and mobility.

II. Key Result Areas | Duties and Responsibilities

A. Patient Care Administration

1. Assesses patients condition

2. Explains treatment plans and performs Physical Therapy procedures to patients

3. Facilitates patients responsibility for self-care

B. Medical Efficiency

1. Develops a treatment plan by selecting appropriate interventions

2. Teaches patients how to properly use and execute therapeutic exercise techniques

C. Administrative Efficiency

1. Maintains patients records and keeps track of goals and progress

2. Monitors inventory and ensures availability of related medical supplies

3. Submits census report every month

4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
