Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Quezon City. The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy focused on mobility, strength, and long-term body health. Responsibilities include guiding clients through therapeutic exercises, educating them on injury prevention and lifestyle modifications, and tracking progress through documentation and regular follow-up sessions. The role also involves collaborating with other health professionals when needed, maintaining accurate clinical records, and contributing to a positive, client-centered environment that aligns with Octarine's focus on longevity and sustainable wellness.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid professional registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or lifestyle-focused physical therapy settings.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic exercise prescription.
  • Ability to educate clients on posture, movement patterns, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered and inclusive approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in an on-site clinical environment.
  • Comfort with maintaining detailed clinical documentation and using basic digital tools for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and staying updated on evidence-informed physical therapy practices.
  • Willingness to work in Quezon City and adapt to the needs of a lifestyle and longevity-focused practice.
