The responsibilities of a Team Lead are outlined but not limited to the following:
- To manage an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceeding customer service level agreement
- Completion of team projects
- Adherence to operating standards and enforcement of company policies through effective people development
- Team engagement and performance management capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Must have an active both PHRN and USRN license
- At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience
- At least 2 years of recent & pertinent clinical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Management or team leader experience desirable
