The PHRN Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) in a BPO setting, ensuring high-quality healthcare support services, compliance with client standards, and achievement of performance targets. This role involves team management, coaching, performance monitoring, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Skills/Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of bedside experience
Must have an active PHRN license
Has a 1 year team lead experience in BPO / Customer Service
