Salary Range: 50,000 - 60,000 (with Sign-on Bonus Up to 50,000)
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Night Shift (Mon-Fri, fixed weekends off)
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
The role
As a
PHRN Team Lead, you will oversee and guide a team of healthcare professionals to ensure operational excellence and accurate clinical operations. This role is key in maintaining compliance, driving team performance, and mentoring staff, offering a rewarding opportunity for experienced PHRNs to take the next step in leadership within a global healthcare services environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of PHRN professionals to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare protocols, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Track and analyze team KPIs, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalations, quality assurance, and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
- Minimum of at least 3 years of Team Lead experience in a healthcare BPO account.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with a proven ability to drive team results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
- Amenable to a fixed night shift schedule.
