Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global leader in revenue cycle management (RCM) and specialized clinical services for healthcare organizations in their search for a PHRN Quality Assurance (QA) based in Ortigas, Manila.

Salary Range: 40,000 - 50,000 (with Sign-on Bonus Up to 50,000)

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Night Shift (MonFri, fixed weekends off)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

The role

As a PHRN Quality Assurance (QA), you will play a critical role in maintaining clinical accuracy and operational excellence by auditing healthcare accounts within a BPO setting. You will ensure compliance with established guidelines, client requirements, and regulatory standards while supporting continuous performance improvement across teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced PHRNs with a strong background in auditing and quality assurance who are looking to grow within a dynamic healthcare services environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed audits of healthcare accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards are met.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities based on audit findings.
  • Provide structured and actionable feedback to team members and operations leaders.
  • Ensure adherence to client-specific guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to enhance overall service delivery and performance.
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation for leadership review.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
  • At least 1 year of Quality Assurance (auditing) experience in a healthcare BPO account.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
  • Amenable to a fixed night shift schedule.
