Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and medication management to patients
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient and medication records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and counsel patients on medication use and safety
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements for Pharmacist/Registered Pharmacist (RPh)
