PHRN and Pharmacist Team Lead

Accountabilities:

• Mentor co-workers in developing their skills and knowledge; shares information to help them successfully serve the customer on a daily basis.  
• Encourage continuous learning by assisting the staff in determining the appropriate solution 
• Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendation to enhance the member's experience or meet company goals.
• Handle escalated telephone callers and take all steps needed to bring the issue to closure. Will continue to be responsible to work all shifts, based on business need and Call Center coverage priorities. 
• Flexibility on changing shifts is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active License for Nurses or Pharmacists
• With at least 1 year clinical or related experience
• Experience in handling a voice type of campaign is a plus
• Knowledge on Pharmacovigilance and Ambulatory nursing is a plus
• With at least 2 years of People Management experience
• Amenable to training onsite in Cebu
• Amenable to hybrid setting in Cebu
• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
• Amenable to work on a weekend if needed
• Amenable to start ASAP
