• Shooting photos to add to the company catalog, ensuring that they are retouched in order to achieve the best photo quality

• Retouch existing photos in the company database

• Ensure that all photos are in line with the company's branding standards and values

• In-charge of conceptualizing, shooting and retouching photos to be featured on the company social media channels and websites

• Collaborate with the persons concerned on possible visual copy for the photos

• Spearhead and manage the overall processes required for a photography session, from sourcing equipment, shooting photos, editing, and post-production processes

• Incorporate improvements as may be suggested by the company

Minimum Qualifications

• Must possess a portfolio of photography samples. Having a college degree in Photography/Multimedia Arts or equivalent is a plus

• Must be knowledgeable in photography and editing

• Must be proficient in Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop

• Must have own photography camera or equipment

• Must have a good eye for retouching and improving photos

• Video skills are a plus

• Must be able to multitask

• With strong communication and collaborative skills

• Must be receptive to new ideas, revisions, and can accommodate changes on output expectations

• Must be versatile and flexible
