Photo Editor & Scheduling Coordinator

Triad Vacation Rentals is scaling fast, and we're looking for someone who can own the entire photo pipeline from editing to scheduling to quality control. If you care about making properties look ridiculously good and can handle vendors without getting pushed around on pricing, keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Edit property photos using AI tools and traditional editing software
• Upload and organize photos across Airbnb, VRBO, and other listing platforms
• Coordinate and schedule photographers across multiple markets
• Call and communicate with photographers to confirm shoots and timelines
• Communicate directly with clients to align on expectations and approvals
• Negotiate pricing with photographers and vendors (we don't overpay)
• Source and vet new photography vendors in different cities
• Maintain high standards for photo quality, consistency, and order
• Support onboarding tasks when needed (listing setup, content, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
• Comfortable using AI tools for editing and workflow efficiency
• Sharp eye for photo quality, composition, and sequencing
• Confident on the phone – you will be calling vendors regularly
• Strong English communication skills (American English proficiency required)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Comfortable negotiating and pushing for better pricing when needed
• Based in the Philippines with reliable internet

Bonus Points

• Experience working with Airbnb or short-term rental listings
• Experience coordinating photographers or vendors remotely
• Familiarity with real estate or hospitality photography standards

What This Role Is

This is not just a photo editor. You are owning the full lifecycle of listing visuals. If a property looks bad online, that's on this role. If it looks amazing and converts, that's also on you.
