In this role, you won't just be dialing for dollarsyou'll be the voice of our brand, welcoming new customers, and helping them get the most out of their experience with us.
What You'll Be Doing
- The Warm Welcome: Make outbound calls to new customers to welcome them to the brand and introduce them to additional products they'll love
- Closing the Deal: Take inbound calls to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Support & Billing: Act as a helpful guide for basic billing inquiries and account questions
- Tech Stack Mastery: Navigate daily tasks using Aloware (Phone), HelpScout (Email), CheckoutChamp (CRM), and the standard Google/Microsoft suites
Who You Are
- An Experienced Pro: You have 2+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of hitting targets
- A Communicator: Your English communication and customer service skills are top-tier
- Reliable & Trustworthy: You show up, do great work, and can be trusted to handle customer data with care
- A Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and support your peers
- Golf Curious: You don't need to be a pro yet, but you must have a willingness to learn the game of golf to better connect with our audience
Your Home Office Setup
To succeed in this permanent WFH role, you must meet the following technical requirements:
- Hardware: Computer with at least 4GB RAM
- OS: Windows or macOS
- Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps with a reliable backup connection
