Job Description

The Phone Banker's primary responsibility is to handle end-to-end customer servicing through use of all available channels of communication. He / She is expected to address all inquiries, requests and/or complaints lodged by prospective and/or existing bank clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Good at handling client calls
  • Capable of multitasking and effective time management
  • Knowledge in bank operations and/or call center is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City/Ortigas
  • Willing for a SHIFTING SCHEDULE
