Sangfor Technologies is looking for talented students and fresh graduates to join our Future Talent Program across both commercial and technical career tracks. This is more than just an internship. Our Future Talent Program is designed to identify and develop high-potential young talent for future full-time opportunities at Sangfor. High-performing interns may have the opportunity to receive a return offer after successful completion of the internship, subject to business needs and final internship assessment.

Sales Manager (Intern)

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and collaborate with distributors and key value-added resellers to drive new business and retain existing customers.
• Motivate and energize channel partners to work with Sangfor; develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
• Identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Final-year students/fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Positive and professional working attitude, with the ability to work with minimal supervision; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus).
• Willingness to work from the Sangfor office.

PRESALES (Intern)

Responsibilities:

• Identify requirements and business opportunities from customer/partner meetings; develop project technology strategies by understanding key client objectives, diagnosing and mapping client requirements, articulating solution risks and barriers, recommending project approaches, preparing time and cost estimates, and planning the full project life cycle.
• Prepare and deliver business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentations, and conducting proof-of-concept (POC) to demonstrate technical feasibility when necessary.

Requirements:

• Final-year students/fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Positive and professional working attitude, with the ability to work with minimal supervision; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

FAE (Intern)

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers to resolve issues during POC or post-sales inquiries.
2. Track, maintain, and resolve incidents, and provide reports to customers.
3. Perform device installation and integration into customer environments.
4. Provide technical training for partners and/or customers.
5. Escalate product issues to R&D for resolution.
6. Create technical documentation for projects and/or internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Positive and professional working attitude, with the ability to work with minimal supervision; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Good command of English and Cantonese.
4. Willingness to work from the Sangfor office.
