JOB SUMMARY

The E-commerce Manager oversees the end-to-end operations of an online store, focusing on driving revenue growth through strategic digital marketing, site optimization, and data-driven inventory management. They bridge the gap between technology and sales by enhancing the user experience and ensuring seamless order fulfillment to build long-term customer loyalty.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel & Brand Ownership

  • Own performance of assigned ecommerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Website)
  • Manage product assortment, pricing, and brand presentation of assigned online stores.

Sales & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute sales campaigns (e.g., double-digit, brand days)
  • Drive sales performance through promotions, bundles, and platform tools

Ads & Performance Marketing

  • Manage, plan and execute in-platform and meta ads
  • Optimize ROI, traffic, and conversion rates

Platform Partnership & Commercial Negotiation

  • Lead day-to-day coordination with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and platform representatives
  • Negotiate and secure platform support including campaign placements, vouchers, visibility slots, and co-funded deals

TikTok Creators & Agency Coordination

  • Coordinate with ecommerce agencies, creators and affiliates for campaign execution
  • Manage product seeding, content timelines, and creator deliverables

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as sell-through, conversion rate, and inventory health
  • Support forecasting and inventory planning

Financial Oversight & Reconciliation

  • Support and oversee end-to-end financial reconciliation processes (sales, payouts, refunds, platform fees)
  • Work closely with Finance on revenue recognition, claims, and discrepancy resolution

Operations & Process Governance

  • Ensure efficient end-to-end ecommerce operations (order fulfillment, returns, cancellations)
  • Establish and improve SOPs across all ecommerce workflows
  • Ensure SLA compliance across all channels
