Job Responsibilities
Basic Work
- Create and optimize Wilson Brand BU Org Chart, Allocation, Job Responsibilities and KPI for each position with HR;
- Create and optimize Wilson Brand BU related policies and procedures, and process standard offset;
- Draft Wilson Brand BU strategic plan based on company strategic plan and doing strictly execution;
- Wilson Sales Target Setting with Country GM, cascade Sales Target to each channel and ensure monthly sales target achievement;
- Other KPI related works i.e. Single Store Efficiency, Comprehensive Discount Rate, Unit per Transaction, ensure to achieve the requirements;
Wilson Retail BU Retail Operation
- Responsible for achievement of sales targets of the Wilson Brand;
- Create yearly/quarterly/monthly promotion plan, marketing plan and budget plan, set sales target and achieve sales target with related promotion activities, increase the revenue of the sales;
- Supervise and analyze operation data, regularly deliver report to Country General Manager;
- Adjust operation based on analysis, accomplish brand merchandise promotion evaluation, come up with improve plan to achieve sales target;
- Ensuring good customer service by monitor Sales Staff and provide regular trainings;
- Lead Wilson Marketing team for promotion, sales activities;
- Lead Wilson Merchandising team for merchandising planning and selection;
- Cooperate with Business Development Department with new stores opening;
- Enhance brand image and brand influence through retail operation;
Wilson Retail BU Operation Management
- Wilson employees evaluation, guidance and training;
- Regular meeting with Frontline team;
- Management of store operations;
- Working closely with Logistics Department in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment;
Others
- Other works that may assigned by direct supervisor time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree major in business management Sales related course;
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience with similar role;
- Professional in Retail Operation management for apparel
- With experience to create the team;
- Good at promotion plan, good communication skill and business negotiation skill;
- Open mind, teamwork, responsible, able to work under pressure;
- Preferred sport lover.
