What You'll Be Doing
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; Registered Pharmacist (RPh) may also be considered
- Background in clinical practice, safety case intake, medical information, or healthcare operations is an advantage
- With 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, medications, and common disease conditions
- Ability to gather, interpret, and summarize clinical information from patients and healthcare providers
- Strong communication skills for conducting structured, empathetic clinical interviews
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting sensitive medical information
- Comfortable following SOPs, confidentiality standards, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Able to work with safety systems/CRMs and perform accurate, timely data entry
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules and adapt to process or regulatory updates
- During training, the role requires full‑time onsite reporting
- Once deployed to production, the role transitions to a hybrid work arrangement, subject to performance and operational requirements
- Hybrid eligibility may be adjusted based on quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance metrics
