Pharmacy Growth Marketing Enablement Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
1. Create high-priority sales and growth enablement materials that support pharmacy business growth, retention, and strategic opportunities
Own development of custom sales support assets for Optum pharmacy businesses, including finalist presentations, capabilities decks, custom slides, microsites, follow-up materials, renewal support content, and must-win opportunity materials that help Growth teams communicate a clear, differentiated Optum pharmacy value story.
2. Develop account-specific collateral for strategic client, prospect, and partner engagements
Create tailored materials for executive meetings, strategic reviews, finalist discussions, growth opportunities, client advisory boards, and other high-value engagements, ensuring content is relevant to the pharmacy business, account, audience, business need, and desired commercial outcome.
3. Adapt core marketing content for field and market-facing use across pharmacy businesses
Translate approved messaging and core marketing materials into practical sales-ready assets for Optum Specialty, Optum Infusion, Genoa, and other pharmacy growth teams, including decks, one-pagers, flyers, brochures, placemats, sell sheets, email templates, white-labeled or co-branded materials, provider-facing materials, and B2B2C collateral.
4. Translate complex product, clinical, operational, regulatory, and value-story inputs into usable sales narratives
Partner with pharmacy business, clinical, product, marketing, legal/compliance, and Growth stakeholders to convert complex inputs into clear, audience-specific narratives that are accurate, compelling, compliant, and easy for sales teams to use in client and market-facing conversations.
5. Maintain content quality, accuracy, and reusability across assigned pharmacy enablement assets
Support ongoing content hygiene by refreshing proof points, replacing outdated slides and assets, preserving version control, identifying opportunities to reuse or repurpose content, and ensuring assigned materials remain current and field-ready. This role supports content quality and usability but does not own the intake process or the digital library itself.
6. Support field readiness for pharmacy launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives
Create and adapt materials that help pharmacy sales and Growth teams understand, position, and activate marketing priorities, including field communications, training decks, product or service launch support, campaign handoff materials, event and conference enablement, and MQL-to-sales handoff support.
7. Manage a high-volume queue of pharmacy sales enablement deliverables with speed, quality, and consistency
Own day-to-day execution of a large queue of sales and growth support requests, balancing quick-turn needs with high-quality output, accurate messaging, brand consistency, and stakeholder responsiveness. Apply prioritization judgment, reusable content, and established templates to improve speed to market while maintaining executive-ready quality.
