Position Summary:
This role is responsible for building and expanding the commercialization of Joincare generic products in the Philippine drugstores. This role requires efficient and timely coordination with our distributor, building strong professional working relationship with Pharmacists and procurement officers, making Joincare products available in drugstores, recommending pricing strategies, and driving product sales. Experience in Hospital channel is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, decision makers, and Pharmacists of drugstore chains and independent drugstores.
Drive product listing and ensure proper initial order/stocking are delivered to the pharmacy outlets in a timely manner.
Develop and implement coverage strategy that prioritize key pharmacy accounts.
Support in the development of a pricing structure that will strengthen our position in the wholesale and retail market.
Identify untapped potential drugstores to penetrate.
2. Distributor & Channel Management
Coordinate closely with local distributors to ensure proper pricing, inventory level, and timely delivery are done avoiding an out-of-stock situation.
Monitor the stock level and product movement of drugstores and make the proper recommendations.
3. Sales & Pharmacy Activation
Recommend and execute pharmacy-level sales and marketing plans.
Position our generics as the preferred alternatives to the originators.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Collect and analyze competitor pricing, activities, channel strategies, and market dynamics.
Provide regular commercial and market feedback to headquarters.
Propose optimization suggestions on pricing, packaging, and product positioning.
5. Hospital Support
Support distributor in hospital listing and/or government tender participation when opportunities arise.
