Job Description

WHO we are:

A telehealth platform focusing on transformative, stigmatized health issues. Our goal is to address Southeast Asia's most overlooked and misunderstood health concerns.

WHERE and HOW you can work:

Our head office is located in the heart of Taguig City, at BGC, a vibrant business and lifestyle hub. We offer our employees the benefit of flexi-time, allowing them to enjoy that one last bite of breakfast, savor an extra cup of coffee, or fit in a quick visit to the gym, empowering them to start their day on their terms.

WHAT this role means for you:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant who ensures that every order, prescription, and product handled meets the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and care. You'll be part of a team that's redefining how Filipinos access trusted, discreet, and reliable healthcare solutions.

Your day-to-day work will help power a seamless, high-quality experience: from preparing and dispensing medications to maintaining product integrity, stock accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You'll play an essential role in supporting pharmacists and clinical operations, ensuring every product that leaves your hands reflects the trust customers place in the brand.

If you're organized, attentive, and deeply committed to doing things right, this is your chance to grow within a purpose-driven team that's shaping the future of health and wellness in the Philippines.

You're a match if you:

  • Take pride in supporting daily pharmacy operations, from filling prescriptions and preparing pharmaceutical products, to providing excellent customer service through product knowledge and patient counseling.
  • Follow company SOPs, dispensing guidelines, and strict protocols for handling health products, including selling, storage, dispensing, and returns.
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant while ensuring stock is properly maintained, replenished, and secure at all times.
  • Diligently monitor product shelf life, record expiry dates, and apply the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) guideline in all storage and display areas.
  • Handle all patient and employee information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, supporting the pharmacy team wherever needed.

Profile Wishlist:

  • Diploma or certification in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting and understands the importance of accuracy and care.
  • Brings solid knowledge of medication handling, labeling, and dosage preparation.
  • Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, with a knack for keeping things in order.
  • Values confidentiality, follows protocols diligently, and is comfortable using basic digital tools for inventory and records.
  • Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, patient-centered environment are welcome to apply.

If you've got the spark we're looking for, apply directly through this post or send an email to [Confidential Information].
