Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform case processing activities, including book-in, data entry, narrative writing (I-Narrative), and medical/product coding.
- Conduct quality checks using online QC tools, perform un-blinding (when required), and ensure completeness and accuracy of case documentation.
- Manage end-to-end case workflow, including case routing, case closure/lock, and labeling activities, including USPI labeling, in compliance with established procedures and timelines.
Who Thrives Here:
- Pharmacy Graduates required with or without active license
- Nursing Graduates will be considered
- 1-2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance Safety databases like Veeva Safety Database, Argus.
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work full onsite during training and hybrid (3x onsite per week) upon production in Taguig
