Responsibilities and Duties:

• Dispense and compound medications for Out-Patient Pharmacy (OPD) patients.
• Review and accurately process prescriptions in accordance with pharmacy standards.
• Manage medication inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and expiration control.
• Maintain accurate patient medication records and prescription files.
• Process purchase and stock requisitions to ensure medication availability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree of Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations
• Inventory and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
