Job Description

Job Summary:

The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, maintaining proper documentation, supervising storage and distribution practices, and safeguarding the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products within the distributor's operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulatory requirements for licensing, storage, and distribution.
  • Supervise storage of pharmaceutical products.
  • Oversee proper temperature monitoring and handling of sensitive products
  • Monitor updated inventory records and batch traceability.
  • Review and approve incoming and outgoing product documentation.
  • Participate in internal audits and FDA inspections.
  • Coordinate with officers regarding product registration and LTO requirements.
  • Maintain and implement SOPs for Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Provide technical assistance in the training of General Services Team.
  • Ensure proper handling of product complaints, recalls, and returns.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting
  • Must be a licensed Pharmacist
  • Experience in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, IV therapies, or Regenerative Medicine is an advantage.
  • Background in inventory management, procurement, or pharmacy operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacology, nutraceuticals, and drug interactions.
  • Business acumen with ability to drive profitability.
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy software and inventory systems.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Can start ASAP
