The company operates a diversified portfolio including solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, and battery storage assets, and is actively expanding its overseas presence, particularly in Asia.
This role will lead project finance activities for Philippines and overseas renewable energy and GX projects.
The position goes beyond traditional financing tasksrequiring strong involvement in project structuring, risk assessment, financial negotiation, and overall business execution.
Depending On Experience, The Company Will Consider Candidates At
Manager / Senior Manager / Department Head / Executive (Business Unit Head) levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate financing structures for overseas renewable and GX projects
- Build and review project financial models
- Lead negotiations and discussions with financial institutions, investors, and joint venture partners
- Conduct risk assessment and propose/implement risk mitigation measures
- Collaborate with project managers and international offices to drive project execution
- (For senior candidates) Lead financial strategy and team/organizational management

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on project finance experience in the renewable energy sector (from project developers, financial institutions, trading houses, PE/infra funds, etc.)
- Business-level English proficiency (capable of leading meetings and negotiations)
- Foundational understanding of financial statements (PL/BS/CF)
