Salary Range: USD 3,000-4,500 per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and depends on the candidate's interview result, skills, and experience.)

Primary Objective:
The Director of Strategy plays a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and activating strategic opportunities that position the company for long-term commercial success and shareholder returns. This role focuses on market research, customer opportunity analysis, strategic account development, and supporting cross functional initiatives that drive company growth in the coming years. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, strategic intuition, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Opportunity Development
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify opportunities
- Evaluate customer segments and fleet profiles to determine high-potential markets.
- Build data-driven recommendations that influence commercial, product, and strategy decisions.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Support the development of annual and long-term strategic plans by assessing risks, opportunities, and market dynamics.
- Build business cases for new entry, product expansion, or strategic programs.
- Partner with leadership to define and prioritize growth-focused initiatives.
- Work with cross functional teams to develop product roadmaps and refine go to market plans.
- Analyze operational and commercial processes to identify improvement opportunities and scalable solutions.
- Lead new go to market sales strategies, customer development, and marketing initiatives.
- Track progress of strategic initiatives and prepare updates for leadership
- Financial & Analytical Modeling
- Build financial, market, and operational models to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze revenue operations, cost structures, and market potential to guide prioritization.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that communicate performance to stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, or related roles
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, investors, and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive organizational change, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
