PEZA Specialist

Bringing smiles is what we do at TTEC… for you and the customer. As a PEZA Specialist working onsite in Five E-com, Pasay, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What You'll be Doing

This position will be responsible for all PEZA compliance, working closely with the Fixed Assets ,Facilities, GREO, Sourcing and Tax teams within the Philippines.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Importation Duties: review and preparation of import documentation, coordination to forwarder/broker including preparation and uploading list of importable and import permit lodging thru VASP
• Farm In / Out Process: preparation and filing of Form 8105/8106, tracking and filing all related local purchases, assets transfer and retirement and coordination to supplier and internal customers and follow up with PEZA.
• Letter of Application (LOA): preparation, submission, processing and monitoring to PEZA all request related to changes in operational activity, transfer and retirement of assets and importation of construction materials.
• Annual Site Inspection Requirements: submission of Corrective action plans, follow-up Statement of Account to PEZA and preparation of Check wire requisition to Account Payable team. Bureau of Customs -Bureau of Customs registration renewal.
• Bonding company: Secures surety bonds and renewal of General transportation bond

What You Bring to the Role

.Working knowledge of PEZA/Customs compliance processes

.2+ years of clerical/admin experience superior organizational skills with ability to manage, store and retrieve large volumes of documents as needed/requested excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to work varying shifts including graveyard, if necessary
