As the PEX Manager, you are the Efficiency Architect of our organization. Your mission is to find smarter, faster, and more cost-effective ways for us to work. Using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile, you will audit our current business processes, identify waste or bottlenecks, and lead transformation projects that improve our bottom line and the customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Process Auditing: Conduct deep dives into departmental workflows to map out how work is currently done and identify where errors, delays, or unnecessary costs occur.
- Continuous Improvement (CI): Lead high-impact projects using Lean or Six Sigma tools to redesign workflows, reduce cycle times, and eliminate defects.
- Change Management: Act as a bridge between leadership and front-line staff. You'll sell the benefits of new processes and ensure teams are trained and comfortable with changes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational KPIs and Dashboards to prove the ROI of your improvements. You don't just say a process is betteryou show the data to prove it.
- Capability Building: Mentor and coach Team Leaders and staff on Lean Thinking, helping to create a company culture where everyone looks for ways to improve every day.
- Automation Support: Partner with the IT and Digital Transformation teams to identify manual tasks that can be replaced by RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or better software.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present regular updates to senior executives on cost savings, efficiency gains, and the status of the Process Excellence Roadmap.
