Job Description
- Conducts fitness consultations for new members including pre-participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend personal training programs
- Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with a member's personal fitness and exercise goals
- Monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises
- Instruct members during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment
- Conduct and facilitate Group Exercise activities at least twice a week
- Responsible for achieving monthly personal training revenue goals and targets
- Attend scheduled team meetings
- Partners alongside Brand Ambassador to promote membership sales
- Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness
- Participates in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program of the company
Basic Pay: 18,200.00 per month (commission not included)
