Pay: 18,200.00 per month

Job description:

DERCA Group of Companies, Inc., a franchisee of Anytime Fitness gym, is looking for Personal Trainers for its branches in Metro Manila, Cavite, and Pampanga

We hired a lot and we need more!! Graduates of Sports Science and Fitness related courses are encouraged to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts fitness consultations for new members including pre-participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend personal training programs

Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with a members personal fitness and exercise goals

Monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises

Instruct members during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment

Conduct and facilitate Group Exercise activities at least twice a week

Responsible for achieving monthly personal training revenue goals and targets

Attend scheduled team meetings

Partners alongside Brand Ambassador to promote membership sales

Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness

Participates in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program of the company
