Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Trainer located in Paraaque. The Personal Trainer will work closely with clients to assess their health and fitness goals, create customized workout plans, and provide guidance during training sessions. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, leading personal and group training sessions, educating clients on proper exercise techniques, and tracking their progress. The role also involves motivating clients to stay committed to their fitness journeys and promoting a positive gym environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Exercise Programming, Personal Training Techniques, and Fitness Assessments
• Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Injury Prevention
• Experience in providing Nutritional Guidance and Lifestyle Counseling
• Strong Communication and Motivational Skills
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or relevant fitness certification; First Aid and CPR certification are preferred
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
• Ability to create engaging workout plans for individuals and groups
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the fitness industry is an advantage
