Role Description The Personal Shopper Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cagayan De Oro City. This role oversees the personal shopping team, ensuring that each customer receives individualized assistance, product recommendations, and a seamless in-store and coordinated online shopping experience. The manager plans and monitors daily operations, assigns tasks, and sets service standards for personal shoppers, focusing on sales targets, customer satisfaction, and effective merchandising. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, reviewing performance metrics, handling complex customer requests, and resolving service issues promptly and professionally. The Personal Shopper Manager also collaborates with store management and marketing to support promotions, optimize inventory visibility, and enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and client relationship skills, including strong interpersonal communication and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Retail operations and sales management skills, such as team supervision, target setting, and performance monitoring in a store environment.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
  • Collaboration and leadership skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional activities and coaching staff for high service standards.
  • Basic proficiency in digital tools used for order processing, inventory lookup, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or customer-facing roles; personal shopping or fashion retail experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cagayan De Oro City, with flexibility during peak shopping periods, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Relevant education in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
