YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 1–2 years of experience in billing, finance, invoicing, or insurance operations.
- Hands-on responsibility for data auditing, policy verification, or high-volume document management.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in collaborative support, specifically working with Account Managers or supervisors to resolve data gaps.
- Structural Commitment: Willingness to work the permanent night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PHT) to align with U.S. business hours.

- Prior experience in the U.S. Insurance industry.
- Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance (COI) or carrier-specific processing platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multitasking under strict daily deadlines.

Policy Processing & Verification
You own the Accuracy Engine—ensuring the technical setup of new business and existing policies is flawless.
- Manage the entry of new business applications and setup templates for Certificates of Insurance.
- Update existing policies to reflect changes, reinstatements, and cancellations with 100% accuracy.
- Audit critical data—including property values and personal identifiers—to ensure carrier record integrity.
Account Management Support
You ensure the transition from carrier query to client proposal is seamless through proactive coordination.
- Prepare renewal summaries and proposals to assist Account Managers in client presentations.
- Execute communication triage to obtain missing information and provide real-time account status updates.
- Process change requests and endorsements, ensuring all incoming carrier queries are resolved.
