Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to support a U.S.-based insurance brokerage and take ownership of the day-to-day personal lines client experience.

You'll manage the full policy lifecycle across homeowners, renters, auto, jewelry, and other personal insurance products — from quoting and binding through renewals, policy changes, and ongoing client servicing.

You'll also serve as a primary point of contact for clients, insurance carriers, and underwriters.

Insurance experience is strongly preferred, but it is not an absolute requirement. We are open to training an exceptional candidate with excellent English communication, strong organization, good judgment, and the ability to learn quickly.

This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in the Philippines, working U.S. business hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare insurance quotes and assist with binding policies

• Manage policy renewals proactively across multiple client accounts

• Process coverage, policy, and payment changes

• Coordinate directly with insurance carriers and underwriters

• Provide proof of insurance to banks and other third parties

• Prepare client proposals that clearly explain coverage options

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the policy lifecycle

• Maintain accurate client and policy records

• Follow up proactively with clients, carriers, and underwriters

• Handle multiple client accounts while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

• Ability to manage multiple accounts, requests, and deadlines simultaneously

• Confidence communicating professionally with clients, carriers, underwriters, banks, and other third parties

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client information

• Strong general technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• A responsible, proactive, and quick-learning work style

• Based in the Philippines

• Availability to work U.S. business hours

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous Personal Lines insurance experience

• Experience with homeowners, renters, auto, jewelry, or similar personal insurance products

• Experience with quoting, binding, renewals, and policy servicing

• Applied Epic experience

• Familiarity with insurance carrier portals

• Understanding of insurance coverage and policy terminology

• Experience reviewing policies and preparing client proposals

• Experience coordinating directly with insurance carriers and underwriters
