Personal Lines Assistant (Up to ₱35K | Work From Home | FREE AI Certification)

Philippines | Work From Home | 11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time | Monday–Friday

You own the steady flow of clerical and account servicing tasks that keep a U.S. insurance brokerage's personal lines book running — processing endorsements, certificates, claims paperwork, ID cards, and renewals so Account Managers and Producers can focus on client relationships. Your work follows established workflows in EPIC, carrier requirements, and documented turnaround standards aligned with client expectations.

This is not a generalist admin role. You operate within structured queues, take direction from Account Managers and Producers, and are trusted to process high volumes of paperwork with accuracy. Best suited for professionals who thrive on consistent, detail-heavy work, value clear instructions, and prefer disciplined routines over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance account support, policy administration, document processing, or a comparable high-volume clerical role
  • Hands-on exposure to EPIC (Applied Epic), AMS360, or a similar agency management system — or strong willingness to be trained on EPIC
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfort with high-volume document tasks: scanning, attaching correspondence, processing endorsements, pulling policies and ID cards
  • Willingness to work a permanent night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time) aligned with U.S. business hours from a stable home-office setup

Strong Signals

  • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance brokerage, agency, or carrier — personal lines preferred
  • Familiarity with personal lines processes — endorsements, MVR/CLUE reports, Certificates of Insurance, NOCs, LPRs, manual renewals
  • Experience navigating carrier portals or agency document management systems
  • Customer-facing email or phone communication experience in a professional setting
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate document handling and quality review

Responsibilities Pillars

Policy & Endorsement Processing

You own the day-to-day flow of policy maintenance work that keeps client coverage accurate and current.

  • Process endorsements, manual renewals, and LPR updates in EPIC
  • Pull policies, Auto ID cards, and policy coverage information on request
  • Retrieve MVR and CLUE reports from carrier sources
  • Process NOC (Non-Renewal / Non-Pay) notifications within carrier timelines

Certificate & Document Operations

You produce and manage the paperwork trail behind every client account.

  • Process Evidences and Certificates of Insurance to client and carrier standards
  • Attach correspondence to EPIC client files and resolve un-routed attachments
  • Process incoming Personal Lines carrier documents
  • Handle scanning, photocopying, and faxing tasks as directed

Claims & Billing Support

You keep the administrative side of claims and invoicing moving without delays.

  • Report claims to carriers and follow up on claim status
  • Process invoicing and address billing questions as assigned
  • Coordinate with Account Managers on claim and billing escalations

Client & Account Manager Coordination

You are the steady administrative partner Account Managers and Producers can rely on.

  • Handle email and phone correspondence with clients as directed
  • Input new prospects and client information into EPIC
  • Prepare spreadsheets, letters, and mailings as directed
  • Take on special projects from Account Managers and Producers as they arise
