As our PI Paralegal VA, you will assist with:
- Managing and organizing PI case files
- Reviewing and analyzing Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) reports and software records
- Drafting legal correspondence, demand letters, and discovery documents
- Speaking with clients in both English and Spanish
- Supporting litigation and settlement prep
- Following up with medical providers and insurance adjusters
- Entering data and maintaining case management systems
What We're Looking For:
- 1 or 2 years of experience in Personal Injury or Public Interest Litigation (PIL)
- Strong understanding of PI case flow from intake to settlement
- Proficient in reviewing VIN data and accident report files
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker
- Familiarity with case management software (Filevine)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
