About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Quoting Specialist to support a US insurance agency with Personal and Commercial Lines quoting. In this role, you will prepare accurate insurance quotes, utilize agency management systems, communicate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of quote requests. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using AMS360, PL Rater, and Microsoft Outlook while working in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Personal and Commercial Lines insurance quotes accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize AMS360 to manage client and policy information.
- Generate comparative insurance quotes using PL Rater.
- Review submissions for completeness before preparing quotes.
- Coordinate with agents and internal teams regarding quote requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system.
- Monitor Outlook for incoming quote requests and follow-ups.
- Ensure quote turnaround times meet agency expectations.
- Assist with other insurance administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience supporting a US insurance agency.
- Experience preparing Personal and Commercial Lines insurance quotes.
- Hands-on experience using AMS360.
- Experience using PL Rater or a similar comparative rating platform.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple quote requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work night shift to support US clients.
- Must be amenable to work onsite (Clark Freeport Zone).
